Cách giao tiếp đó giống như một dạng hình mẫu tâm lý giao tiếp của họ”. Đại sứ Đức tại Việt Nam Rolf Schulze nói: “Trước khi sang Việt Nam, tôi đã được dặn là: ngay cả khi làm việc vẫn nên hỏi thật nhiều về gia đình để tạo không khí cởi mở, thân thiện. Và bởi lẽ thông qua những câu hỏi đó người ta sẽ nhận xét người đối diện: họ có đáng tin không? Có thân mật không?..vv.. bởi tính cách người tiếp xúc sẽ lộ qua những câu hỏi và câu trả lời”.
