Theo Hợp đồng dịch vụ tư vấn hỗ trợ thực hiện dự án đã ký giữa các Ban quản lý của 3 tỉnh và Liên danh Tư vấn hỗ trợ có mục đào tạo và nâng cao năng lực cho cơ quan quản lý và thực hiện Dự án. Dự án đang thực hiện theo tiến độ và sắp kết thúc, để đưa Dự án hoạt động có hiệu quả cần tập huấn, học tập kinh nghiệm thêm về quản lý, vận hành đối với các nội dung về: quản lý đô thị, quy hoạch, xử lý chất thải rắn. Vì vậy thay mặt cho Ban quản lý dự án của 3 tỉnh, Ban quản lý dự án phát triển toàn diện kinh tế xã ho ọi thành phố Việt Trì xin đề xuất ADB chương trình tham quan học tập kinh nghiệm nâng cấp, phát triển và quản lý đô thị cho 3 Tỉnh như sau:

1. Chương trình tham quan học tập tại miền Tây Nam Bộ, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và một số Thành/Thị xã lân cận: Dự kiến 2 đợt, đợt 1 dự kiến vào đầu tháng 9/2016, đợt 2 dự kiến vào cuối tháng 11/2016. Tổng chi phí dự kiến cho 2 đợt đi tham quan học hỏi là 19964 USD. (Có dự toán chi tiết đính kèm).

2. Chương trình tham quan học tập tại Đức, Bỉ, Hà Lan: Dự kiến đi 8 ngày, vào cuối tháng 10/2016. Tổng kinh phí dự kiến cho đợt đi tham quan học hỏi là 30000 USD. (Có dự toán chi tiết đính kèm).

Kinh phí cho việc tham quan học tập trên sẽ được lấy từ trong Hợp đồng Dịch vụ Tư vấn hỗ trợ thực hiện dự án.
