Những kiểm tra sẽ do Nhà thầu thực hiện được trình bày trong Đặc tính Kỹ thuật. Trong vòng [...] tháng kể từ Ngày có hiệu lực của Hợp đồng, Nhà thầu sẽ trình Chủ đầu tư các danh sách hoàn chỉnh về các kiểm tra sẽ có sự chứng kiến của Chủ đầu tư tại nhà xưởng. Nhà thầu sẽ thông báo cho Chủ đầu tư thông tin chi tiết và ngày tiến hành những kiểm tra này, và Chủ đầu tư phải nhận được những thông tin này ít nhất [...] ngày trước khi tiến hành kiểm tra.
