Công ty TNHH may mặc Leader (Vieät Nam) đánh giá cao năng lực của anh (Chị) và rất hài lòng với kết quả buổi phỏng vấn vừa qua. Chúng tôi xin mời Anh (Chị) đến làm việc với Công ty chúng tôi theo những điều khoản sau:

Thời gian làm việc trong ngày: Từ 7g30 sáng đến 16g30’ hàng ngày và tăng ca tùy theo tình hình sản xuất (thời gian nghỉ trưa 60’ không tính vào thời gian làm việc).
Nơi làm việc: LOÂ II-7, KCN Hoøa Phuù (giai ñoaïn 2), Xaõ Hoøa Phuù, Huyeän Long Hoà, Tænh Vónh Long
Phương tiện đi lại: Tự túc.

Trong thời gian thử việc, nếu một trong hai bên cảm thấy công việc không phù hợp thì có thể kết thúc thời gian thử việc trước thời hạn (báo trước 01 ngày). Trong truờng hợp đó Công ty sẽ thanh toán đầy đủ tiền lương cho anh (chị) theo thời gian thực tế đi làm. Đối với Công nhân đào tạo, sau thời gian đào tạo không ký hôïp ñoàng lao động chính thức với Công ty, phải đóng phí đào tạo theo quy định.
Thư mời nhận việc này sẽ được thay thế cho hợp đồng thử việc. Trong trường hợp hai bên có sự tranh chấp về quyền lợi thì thư mời nhận việc này sẽ được sử dụng như là hợp đồng thử việc để giải quyết các quyền lợi có liên quan.
Chúng tôi mong nhận được sự hợp tác của anh (chị) để Công ty TNHH may mặc Leader (Việt Nam) ngày càng phát triển vững mạnh.
