Hoàn thiện tổ chức bộ máy của Ủy ban, xuyên suốt xuống hoạt động của Tổng Công ty trong năm 2016-2017, tăng cường hoạt động các Ban Chuyên môn ở từng bậc học để định hướng công tác quản lý và triển khai chiến lược.
