Theo khoản 2 Điều 43 Luật Đầu tư quy định: “Thời hạn hoạt động của dự án đầu tư ngoài khu kinh tế không quá 50 năm”.
Vì vậy, Nhà đầu tư xin tiếp tục được thực hiện dự án tại Việt Nam thêm 30 năm. Nhà đầu tư cam kết có đủ năng lực tài chính và kinh nghiệm để tiếp tục thực hiện dự án.
