Phương thức thanh toán
o Bên A sẽ thanh toán Phí dịch vụ quy định tại Điều 4 nêu trên bằng hình thức chuyển khoản vào số tài khoản của Bên B được cung cấp tại phần đầu của Hợp đồng này sau khi nhận được hóa đơn tài chính hợp lệ của Bên B liên quan đến Phí dịch vụ yêu cầu thanh toán trong thời hạn thanh toán quy định sau đây.
o Bên A chịu phí chuyển khoản.
o Vào ngày 25 hàng tháng, Bên B xuất hóa đơn GTGT của Phí dịch vụ phát sinh trong tháng đó (giá trị được tính đến ngày làm việc cuối cùng của tháng đó), Bên A sẽ làm thủ tục thanh toán trong vòng bảy (07) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận hóa đơn của Bên B.
o Nếu quá thời hạn thanh toán mà Bên A vẫn chưa thanh toán cho Bên B thì Bên A phải trả thêm lãi trả chậm cho Bên B theo ngân hàng Sacombank Chi nhánh Tân Bình.
o Nếu quá thời hạn thanh toán 30 ngày mà Bên A vẫn chưa thanh toán cho Bên B thì Bên B có quyền ngưng hợp đồng và đưa ra tòa án tại TP.HCM có thẩm quyền giải quyết.
