- Hoàn thành việc rà soát, đánh giá toàn bộ hoạt động của Công ty TNHH SAM KU E&C VINA trong thời hạn 02 tháng kể từ khi Nghị quyết này được thông qua. Sau thời gian này, nếu không có bất cứ báo cáo bằng văn bản gửi Hội đồng quản trị Công ty SAM KU CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD, thì ông CHOI SANGSUN được coi là đã chấp nhận toàn bộ trách nhiệm đối với Công ty TNHH SAM KU E&C VINA và với bên thứ ba kể từ thời điểm Công ty TNHH SAM KU E&C VINA được thành lập; và Công ty TNHH SAM KU E&C VINA sẽ hoàn tất các thủ tục để bổ nhiệm ông CHOI SANGSUN là người đại diện theo pháp luật mới của Công ty TNHH SAM KU E&C VINA.
