- Tập trung phát triển dịch vụ dung dịch khoan trong nước và chuẩn bị nhân lực, tài lực để tiến tới xuất khẩu dịch vụ này ra nước ngoài; phấn đấu trở thành nhà thầu dung dịch khoan và hóa phẩm dầu khí. Đảm bảo khả năng cung cấp trọn gói dịch vụ kỹ thuật dung dịch khoan dầu khí cho các nhà thầu đang hoạt động tại Việt Nam và hoạt động khoan tìm kiếm, thăm dò và khai thác dầu khí của Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam ở nước ngoài;
