Trong đó tập trung vấn đề quy hoạch công nghiệp, quy hoạch đô thị; chỉnh trang đô thị; quan tâm phát triển nhà ở xã hội; chăm lo đời sống cho lực lượng công nhân lao động trên địa bàn.
