Thẩm định thông tin của hồ sơ và xác nhận hạn mức tín dụng, trình duyệt hạn mức tín dụng. Nhập thông tin khách hàng trong bộ hồ sơ vào chương trình phát hành thẻ, hệ thống sẽ tự động in ra thư thông báo từ chối hoặc chấp nhận phát hành thẻ. Nếu từ chối ngân hàng sẽ thực hiện gửi thông báo đến khách hàng theo quy định, nếu chấp nhận ngân hàng sẽ chuyển đến cho trung tâm phát hành thẻ
