Công ty AEON DELIGHT (VIET NAM) CO., LTD. Cam kết bảo hành hệ thống IP Camera cho công ty TNHH AEON VIÊT NAM với nội dung bảo hành như sau:
1- Thời hạn bảo hành: Bảo hành trong 24 tháng kể từ ngày bàn giao nghiệm thu đưa vào sử dụng, cho tất cả các sản phẩm thuộc hệ hống IP Camera.

2- Thiết bị được bảo hành miễn phí, nếu thiết bị đó còn thời gian bảo hành, tính kể từ ngày bàn giao nghiệm thu đưa vào sử dụng. Thiết bị được bảo hành theo quy đinh của hãng sản xuất đối với tất cả các sự cố về kỹ thuật.
.3- Những trường hợp không được bảo hành
- Thiết bị hết thời hạn bảo hành.
- Tự ý sửa chữa, thay thế phụ tùng, hay có sự can thiệp của một bên thứ ba.
- Thiết bị cháy hỏng do chập điện, do tác động cơ học, do bảo vệ nguồn không tốt, bị sét đánh biến dạng, rơi, vỡ, va đập, bị hỏng do ẩm ướt, hoen gỉ, bị thấm nước, thiên tai, hỏa hoạn, sự dụng sai điện áp quy định, cháy nổ hoặc con người làm hỏng.
- Tem bảo hành bị rách, không còn tem bảo hành, tem bảo hành bị dán đè, hoặc tem bảo hành bị sửa đổi. ( kể cả tem bảo hành gốc ).
- Tư vấn hỗ trợ kỹ thuật qua điện thoại trong quá trình sử dụng.
- Đối với những thiết bị hết thời gian bảo hành: nếu lỗi nhỏ chúng tôi sẽ sửa chữa không tính phí, nếu cần phải thay thế linh kiện, công ty Aeon Delight tùy vào giá trị linh kiện để tính phí.
- Trong trường hợp Aeon Delight không thể sửa chữa được, tại công ty, chúng tôi sẽ chuyển thiết bị của khách hàng tới trung tâm bảo hành của hãng.
- Aeon Delight cam kết trả hàng bảo hành ngay khi chúng tôi đã xử lý xong các vấn đề của thiết bị.
