Giao diện xử lý hồ sơ gồm các thông tin của hồ sơ (số biên nhận, thành phần hồ sơ, chủ sử dụng đất, giấy tờ kèm theo,…) và các chức năng được thiết lập sẵn hỗ trợ cho phù hợp với từng trạng thái xử lý hồ sơ.

3. Thành phần hồ sơ bị sai lệch (chọn nhầm thông tin hồ sơ khi tiếp nhận hồ sơ).
