Ở Viet Nam, hầu hết các doanh nghiệp rất lơ là trong việc quan tâm đến trách nhiệm môi trường, đơn giản vì họ nghĩ rất ít khi có ai kiểm soát cũng như kiểm tra việc xử lí môi trường trong công ty , cũng như rất tốn kém. Vì vậy mà các doanh nghiệp cần đề ra các chiến lược để công ty luôn tạo được uy tín cũng như mọi người biết đến công ty là những điều tốt nhất. Đồng thời, bộ máy nhà nước cũng như chính phủ phải đưa ra các biện pháp mạnh xử lí thật nặng các doanh nghiệp vi phạm hoặc làm ảnh hưởng đến môi trường sống của con người, bên cạnh đó là khen thưởng các doanh nghiệp có các chiến lược xử lí tốt về trách nhiệm môi trường.
