Cooperate to ensure good Quality of in-coming materials for production.
- Follow up factory product’s Quality, investigate on Quality problem and improve.
- Work closely with relevant departments to prevent out-flow Quality problem to Customer.
- Investigate on Market claim to feedback design or production.
- Propose of Quality Kaizen to improve Quality, Productivity.
- Weekly, monthly review Quality to take early corrective action
- Perform other job-related assignments.

- University graduate in mechanical faculty.
- Detailed, careful, hard-working, high responsibility in working. and willing to study.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Can speak English (can speak Japanese is an advantage).
- Strong and effective written and spoken communication skills, ability to adapt to environment changing/ working rotation.
- Expert in using MS office.
- Can work under high pressure;
- Can work both in team and independence.
