Tạm dừng thực hiện hợp đồng: Bên A có quyền tạm dừng việc thực hiện hợp đồng trong trường hợp Bên A phát hiện bên B vi phạm nghiêm trọng các điều khoản trong hợp đồng hợp tác và các Phụ lục đã ký giữa 2 bên hoặc các văn bản, chế tài đã được bên A thông báo cho bên B bằng văn bản. Trong trường hợp này bên A phải gửi thông báo trước cho bên B 01 ngày trước khi tạm dừng dịch vụ.
