Những tranh chấp, phát sinh liên quan đến Hợp đồng này sẽ được hai bên giải quyết dựa trên nguyên tắc hòa giải, cùng có lợi trong thời gian không quá 1 tháng kể từ ngày phát sinh tranh chấp. Nếu không thể giải quyết thông qua thương lượng sự việc sẽ được đưa ra Tòa án có thẩm quyền giải quyết. Trong trường hợp nhận thấy thời gian hòa giải, thương lượng khiến vụ việc sẽ hết thời hạn khởi kiện, thì một bên có quyền khởi kiện ngay tại Tòa án có thẩm quyền mà không cần thông qua hòa giải giữa các bên. Quyết định của Tòa án là quyết định cuối cùng. Bên thua kiện sẽ phải chịu mọi tổn phí liên quan đến vụ kiện.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The dispute, arising in relation to this contract shall be mutually resolved based on the principle of reconciliation, mutual benefit in time not more than 1 month since the dispute arose. If unable to resolve through negotiation the incident will be brought to court have jurisdiction. The Court's decision is the final decision. The lost will have to bear all cost related to the lawsuit.
