Điều 5: Quy định trả lương:
Article 5

1. Hình thức trả lương:
- Tiền lương và các khoản thu nhập khác hàng tháng được trả qua tài khoản ngân hàng của nhân viên.
- Công ty áp dụng hình thức trả lương theo thời gian: là hình thức trả lương cho người lao động, căn cứ ngày làm việc thực tế của tháng. Lương thời gian áp dụng cho nhân viên văn phòng và CNV làm việc hành chính tại các bộ phận khác. Riêng nhân viên kinh doanh lương sẽ gồm lương cơ bản và lương hiệu quả trả theo chỉ tiêu hoàn thành công việc hàng tháng (KPI).
- Tiền lương hàng tháng được trả vào ngày cuối cùng của tháng đó.
- Cách tính tiền lương hàng tháng:
Nhân viên trong thời gian thử việc được hưởng mức lương bằng 100% mức lương chính thức.
