39.1. Việc hiệu chỉnh, bổ sung hợp

39.1. Việc hiệu chỉnh, bổ sung hợp đồng có thể được thực hiện trong các trường hợp sau:
a) Bổ sung hạng mục công việc, vật tư, máy móc, thiết bị hoặc dịch vụ cần thiết ngoài khối lượng công việc phải thực hiện theo thiết kế và ngoài phạm vi công việc quy định trong hợp đồng;
