Hội đồng quản trị có quyền quyết định, phê duyệt các phương án, dự án đầu tư trừ trường hợp có giá trị từ 50% giá trị tổng tài sản ghi trong báo cáo tài chính gần nhất của Công ty trở lên thì phải được Đại hội đồng cổ đông phê duyệt
