Là đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế có trách nhiệm giúp chủ đầu tư tiến hành lập dự án đầu tư xây dựng Trường Mầm Non - Trung Tâm Ngoại Ngữ Tổ Ong Vàng đảm bảo các yêu cầu sau:
• Tuân thủ đúng quy hoạch chi tiết đã được các cấp có thầm quyền phê duyệt, tối thiểu đạt chuẩn quốc gia.
• Đáp ứng được về công năng sử dụng của một trường mầm non (nhà trẻ và mẫu giáo) theo mô hình giáo dục tân tiến cùng với các công năng về văn hóa - giáo dục khác, thoả mãn các yêu cầu thực tế của địa phương và của nhà đầu tư như lồng ghép các chương trình dạy năng khiếu, toán thông minh, ngoại ngữ, dã ngoại v.v…
• Đảm bảo các yếu tố về thích dụng và an toàn trong sử dụng.
• Đảm bảo công trình có tính thẩm mỹ cao, hài hòa với tổng thể khu vực.
• Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn thiết kế TCVN 3907: 2011/BXD, Trường mầm non - Tiêu chuẩn thiết kế do Bộ xây dựng ban hành.
• Phương thức thực hiện Dự án:
Phương thức thực hiện dự án được đề xuất kiến nghị thực hiện theo phương thức EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction): Nhà thầu thực hiện toàn bộ các công việc từ Thiết kế, cung ứng vật tư, thiết bị và thi công xây dựng công trình, hạng mục công trình và chạy thử bàn giao cho chủ đầu tư.
