Về công tác giảng dạy: theo quy định và nội dung thống nhất giữa trường Saigonact và Giáo sư Lê Hữu Khóa – Giám đốc Ban Cao học Châu Á thì tất cả giảng viên thực hiện theo sự sắp xếp của trường Saigonact và phải đảm bảo 25 - 30 tiết/01 tuần.
Tuy nhiên, trong thời gian 05 tháng nghiên cứu và giảng dạy tại trường Saigonact thì 06 giảng viên lại không đảm bảo được số tiết theo quy định. Đồng thời, cả 06 giảng viên đều thực hiện các thủ tục về nước khi chưa nhận được văn bản đồng ý của Hiệu trưởng nhà trường sau khi kết thúc quá trình nghiên cứu và giảng dạy tại trường Saigonact.
Vì tất cả những lý do trên, trường Saigonact xin báo với Quý trường việc nghiên cứu và giảng dạy của 06 giảng viên này, trường Saigonact sẽ không đồng ý ký xác nhận và đề nghị Quý trường xem như việc thực tập của 06 giảng viên là không hoàn thành. Xin báo với Quý trường cùng nắm thông tin.
