Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp, hai bên tự thương lượng giải quyết trên cơ sở tôn trọng quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của nhau. Trường hợp không tự thỏa thuận được thì một trong bên có quyền yêu cầu cơ quan có thẩm quyền giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật.
