Để đo lường các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến dịch vụ tôi đã sử dụng thang đo Likert thang điểm từ 1-5. Thang đo đánh giá sự hài lòng của khách hàng thông qua hệ số Cronbach's Alpha. Hệ số Cronbach's Alpha dùng để loại các biến rác, các biến có hệ số tương quan biến-tổng nếu 0.6 do đó mô hình là phù hợp.
Theo đó, sẽ có 6 biến tôi sẽ loại vì nhỏ hơn 0.3 sẽ không đủ tiêu chuẩn.
