Điều 7: Trọng tài
Hợp đồng này được điều chỉnh bởi các quy định liên quan của pháp luật nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.
Tranh chấp phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện Hợp đồng này trước hết được các Bên giải quyết thông qua đàm phán và hòa giải.Tranh chấp không giải quyết được giữa các Bên sẽ được giải quyết bằng thông qua tòa án kinh tế tại Việt Nam. Chi phí tố tụng trọng tài của các Bên, bao gồm cả chi phí thuê luật sư, sẽ do Bên thua kiện chi trả.
