Khoa CNHH-Trường DHBKHCM đề xuất dự án đào tạo hội đồng QDA Panel (QDA Coffee Panel – Training) với nội dung chính như sau:

1. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu
- Đào tạo chuyên sâu về đánh giá QDA trên sản phẩm cà phê hòa tan cho hội đồng gồm 12 đáp viên có cảm quan tốt, đã đậu vòng test cảm quan trong dự án QDA Coffee Panel – screening.
- Khi đã vượt qua bài kiểm tra năng lực đầu ra sau huấn luyện, hội đồng này sẽ tiến hành đánh giá các cảm quan sản phẩm café vào thứ 7 hàng tuần và gửi số liệu thô cho Masan trong vòng 2 ngày sau test (dự án Testing coffee by QDA Panel).
2. Thiết kế nghiên cứu
2.1. Các bước thực hiện dự án
- Đào tạo hội đồng trên kiến thức căn bản về đánh giá cảm quan
- Đào tạo hội đồng trên việc đánh giá vị, mùi cà phê trên nền nước
- Đào tạo hội đồng trên việc đánh giá vị, mùi cà phê trên nền cà phê

3. ĐIều kiện huấn luyện
 Dự án được thực hiện tại Phòng TN Cảm quan, thuộc Khoa CNHH, trường DHBKHCM
 Sản phẩm mẫu, hóa chất mùi do Masan cung cấp.
 Trường DHBKHCM cam kết bảo mật trên các hóa chất mùi được Masan cung cấp

5. Bước tiếp theo:
 MASAN xét duyệt đề xuất nghiên cứu từ Khoa CNHH
 MASAN và Khoa CNHH họp để thông qua kế hoach thực hiện dự án cụ thể (thời gian, nội dung nghiên cứu, thiết kế bảng câu hỏi…)
 Hai bên ký kết hợp đồng và tiến hành dự án.
