KẾT LUẬN
Xây dựng và phát triển thủ tục hải quan điện tử là nhiệm vụ rất quan trọng xuất phát từ yêu cầu khách quan lẫn chủ quan trong xu thế hội nhập với thế giới. Để thủ tục hải quan điện tử phát triền đòi hỏi phải có sự đầu tư của Nhà nước, sự phối hợp của các bộ ngành, sự tham gia của doanh nghiệp, sự ủng hộ của xã hội và đặc biệt là sự tích cực chủ động của ngành hải quan trong việc làm đầu mối liên kết triển khai thực hiện.
Và trước tình hình công nghệ hiện đại và những quy định mỗi ngày được đổi mới thì Đảng và Nhà nước ta, cùng Cục Hải quan Việt Nam nói chung và Chi Cục Hải quan Đồng Tháp nói riêng đã và đang không ngừng nâng cao trình độ, đổi mới tư duy, hành động với chuyên môn hóa cao, trang bị những thiết bị tiên tiến hỗ trợ cho hoạt động kinh doanh, bắt kịp đà tăng trưởng của xu thế để có thể hoàn thành công việc một cách có hiệu quả nhất.
Có thể nói rằng, trong thời gian tới, việc thực hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Hải quan sẽ gặp không ít khó khăn, thử thách vì đây là nhân tố chủ quan trọng trong điều kiện nước ta tham gia hội nhập kinh tế thế giới. Song song đó, tranh thủ sự quan tâm, chỉ đạo của Tổng cục Hải quan, Tỉnh ủy, UBND tỉnh, Cục Hải quan tỉnh Đồng Tháp để dành mọi sự quan tâm, tập trung xây dựng cửa khẩu, cam kết giữa Tổng cục Hải quan Việt Nam và Cục Hải quan Đồng Tháp tạo hành lang pháp lý vững chắc cho hoạt động thực tiễn và thực hiện tốt vai trò, nhiệm vụ của mình.
Sau cùng, với phương châm hoạt động: “ Chuyên nghiệp – Minh bạch – Hiệu quả “ cùng với việc triển khai mờ rộng “ Cơ chế một cửa” đã và đang là kim chỉ nam mà Hải quan Việt luôn phấn đấu, hướng đến, xây dựng một Hải quan thành lực lượng chuyên nghiệp cao có chuyên môn sâu và hiện đại, hoạt động minh bạch, liêm chính và có hiệu quả nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của tình hình và nhiệm vụ phát triển kinh tế đất nước trong tương lai sắp đến.
