Qua 2 tháng thực tập tại FSC tôi nh

Qua 2 tháng thực tập tại FSC tôi nhận thấy bản thân mình có thể áp dụng những kĩ năng mềm đã được học tại trường như kĩ năng giao tiếp trong công việc, cách giải quyết vấn đề, những thắc mắc của khách hàng. Cách sử dụng Excel, Word trong văn bản để thu thập nhập thông tin của khách hàng. Hơn nữa, đó là sử dụng kĩ năng ngoại ngữ của mình trong công việc, đặc biệt là tiếng anh kinh doanh được áp dụng trong môi trường thực tế, có thể áp dụng những kiến thức đã học trong suốt 3 năm tại trường Cao đẳng vào môi trường kinh doanh. Thông qua quá trình thực tập, bản thân tôi có được sự hướng dẫn nhiệt tình và thân thiện từ những người nhân viên chính thức trong trung tâm, những người đã có nhiều kiến thức cũng như kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế mà bản thân tôi không thể học được từ sách vở.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Over 2 months internship at the FSC I found myself able to apply the skills learned at school as soft communication skills at work, how to resolve the issue, the questions of the customer. Moreover, it is to use his language skills at work, especially business English is applied in the real environment, can apply the knowledge learned during three years at the College in the business environment. Through the course of the internship, I myself have been really enthusiastic and friendly guidance from those official employees in the Center, those who have a lot of knowledge as well as practical work experience that I myself cannot be learned from books.
