P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram)

P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram): Là bản vẽ sơ đồ hệ thống piping, thiết bị và
instrument và các tín hiệu điều khiển (gần giống bản vẽ PFDS nhưng chi tiết hơn. Trên bản
vẽ này ta biết được các thông số kỹ thuật và tên các thiết bị, tên các line, kích thước pipe và
các fitting, đường đi của các loại tín hiệu điều khiển tới các thiết bị).
P & ID đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc thể hiện trình tự vật lý của thiết bị và hệ
thống, cũng như cách các hệ thống này kết nối. Trong giai đoạn thiết kế, sơ đồ cũng cung
cấp cơ sở cho việc phát triển các sơ đồ điều khiển hệ thống, cho phép nghiên cứu hazard và
Hazop.

P & ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram): A drawing of piping systems, equipment and
