Nếu những trường hợp trên phát sinh

Nếu những trường hợp trên phát sinh hoặc có xu hướng phát sinh, Bên B sẽ thông báo cho Bên A bằng văn bản và 2 bên sẽ thống nhất về thời gian và chi phí phát sinh trước khi thực hiện công việc. Không có chi phí phát sinh nào được thanh toán trừ khi được Bên A chấp thuận bằng văn bản trước khi tiến hành công việc

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the case arises, or tend to arise, party B shall notify party A written and 2 sides will reunify in time and costs incurred before work. No costs incurred would be paid unless A Party approved in writing before the work

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If these circumstances arise or tend to arise, Party B will notify Party A in writing and two parties will agree on the time and costs incurred before performing the work. There is no cost incurred to be paid by Party A unless approved in writing before the work
