3.2.4. Khí thải
Để ngăn ngừa và giảm thiểu những tác động về môi trường không khí có thể xảy ra trong quá trình sản xuất. CNN Phu Hung phải có kế hoạch bố trí các khu sản xuất và xử lý nguồn ô nhiễm khói, bụi, ngay tại chỗ bằng cách:
- Khu sản xuất công nghiệp phải bố trí ở cuối hướng gió chủ đạo so với khu hành chính-dịch vụ-thương mại.
- Trong từng nhà máy cũng cần quan tâm tới việc bố trí các bộ phận cho hợp lý như: bố trí riêng biệt các khu sản xuất, khu phụ trợ, khu kho bãi, khu hành chính và có dải cây xanh ngăn cách khu hành chính với các khu khác.
- Giảm thiểu ô nhiễm môi trường tại nơi sản xuất: quản lý và vận hành máy móc theo trình tự nhất định, định lượng chính xác nguyên liệu, chấp hành đúng quy trình công nghệ. Thường xuyên bảo dưỡng các phương tiện vận tải, máy móc thiết bị sản xuất.
- Đảm bảo xử lý khí thải, khói bụi theo tiêu chuẩn quy chuẩn Việt Nam về khí thải công nghiệp đối với bụi và các hoá chất vô cơ: QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT và quy chuẩn Việt Nam về khí thải công nghiệp đối với một số chất hữu cơ QCVN 20:2009/BTNMT.
