Trường hợp Bên mua chậm thanh toán

Trường hợp Bên mua chậm thanh toán cho Bên bán, Bên mua phải bồi thường cho Bên bán số tiền tính bằng % lãi suất tín dụng của Ngân hàng nhà nước Việt Nam trên số tiền chậm thanh toán trong cùng thời điểm nhưng không lớn hơn 08% số tiền chậm thanh toán đó.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Case the buyer is slow payment to the seller, the buyer must compensate the seller the amount calculated by% interest credit of the State Bank of Vietnam on slow payment amount in the same time but not more than 8% of the amount of the payment delay.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In case of delayed payment the Purchaser to the Seller, the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller amount equal to% credit interest rate of the State Bank of Vietnam on the late payment in the same time but not greater than 08 % late payment amount there.
