Hội quán Quảng Đông còn gọi là Hội quán Quảng Triệu, được xây dựng vào năm 1885, thoạt đầu để thờ Thiên Hậu Thánh Mẫu và Đức Khổng Tử, sau năm 1911 chuyển sang thờ Quan Công và Tiền Hiền. Đây còn là nơi hội họp đồng hương của những người Quảng Đông đến Hội An sinh sống.

Với nghệ thuật sử dụng hài hòa các chất liệu gỗ, đá trong kết cấu chịu lực và họa tiết trang trí đã đem lại cho hội quán vẻ đẹp đường bệ, riêng có. Hàng năm, vào ngày Nguyên Tiêu (15 tháng Giêng Âm lịch), vía Quan Công (24 tháng 6 Âm lịch) tại đây diễn ra lễ hội rất linh đình, thu hút nhiều người tham gia.
