PHƯƠNG ÁN ATLĐ TRONG CÔNG TÁC HÀN, CẮT VÀ SỬ DỤNG THIẾT BỊ CẦM TAY
I. YÊU CẦU CHUNG
1. Công nhân làm việc trên công trường phải có các tiêu chuẩn sau:
- Đủ tuổi lao động
- Phải được khám sức khỏe theo thông tư 14/2013 BYT ( 06/05/2013 )
- Được huấn luyện về AN TOÀN LAO ĐỘNG phù hợp với từng ngành nghề theo thông tư 27 /2013 BLĐ TBXH ( ngày 18/10/2013 )
- Phải được trang bị đầy đủ các phương tiện bảo vệ cá nhân phù hợp với điều kiện làm việc theo thông tư 04/2014 BLĐ TBXH ( ngày 12/02/2013 )
- Phải có Bằng cấp, chứng chỉ đào tạo chuyên môn phù hợp với từng ngành nghề.
- Được mua bảo hiểm tai nạn lao động
- Cấm không uống rượu bia trước và trong quá trình làm việc.
2. AN TOÀN VỀ SỬ DỤNG THIẾT BỊ , DỤNG CẦM TAY
- Công nhân xử dụng cụ cầm tay chạy điện hay khí nén phải trên 18 tuổi và phải hiểu biết rõ tính năng, tác dụng, thao tác thành thạo trước khi sử dụng.
- Những dụng cụ có nguồn gốc điện như máy khoan, máy mài, máy cắt phải được trang bị công tác tự động an toàn.
- Cấm vận hành thiết bị, dụng cụ cầm tay trong điều kiện hư hỏng, không an toàn, phải báo cáo ngay cho người phụ trách những hư hỏng cần được sửa chữa.
3. AN TOÀN TRONG CÔNG TÁC HÀN, CẮT
 Bảo quản an toàn chai oxy và Axetylen
