Quy định kiểm soát tài liệu (mã số QĐ 4.2-01)
Mục đích: - Đảm bảo các tài liệu được soạn thảo một cách khoa học và hợp lý nhằm hoàn chỉnh một hệ thống tài liệu chất lượng mô tả các hoạt động thông suốt từ lãnh đạo đến các phòng, đội, xưởng sản xuất.
- Kiểm soát các tài liệu thuộc hệ thống chất lượng đảm bảo tài liệu phải được phê duyệt trước khi sử dụng, phải được phân phối tới nơi sử dụng và ngăn ngừa việc sử dụng tài liệu lỗi thời.
Quy định được áp dụng cho toàn Công ty.
