Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ du thuyền trên sông Hàn.
3. Đối tượng và phạm vi nghiên cứu
Đề tài nghiên cứu về chất lượng dịch vụ và các nhân tố tác động đến chất lượng dịch vụ du thuyền trên sông Hàn – Đà Nẵng. Thời gian nghiên cứu được áp dụng 10 – 6 -2016 đến 15 – 6 -2016
II. Lý luận
Từ lâu, con người vốn có tính tò mò và mong muốn hiểu biết về thế giới xung quanh nên du lịch đã xuất hiện và trở thành một hiện tượng khá quan trọng trong đời sống của họ. Tuy nhiên trong quá trình phát triển, du lịch đã trở thành một hiện tượng kinh tế- xã hội phức tạp và nội dung hoạt động của nó không ngừng được mở rộng và ngày càng thêm phong phú.
Xét về mặt cơ bản, du lịch là hiện tượng rời khỏi nơi cư trú thường xuyên để tiến hành hoạt động nghỉ ngơi, giải trí ngoài mục đích kiếm tiền ở nơi khác và trở về lại nơi đã xuất phát khi kết thúc chuyến đi. Dựa trên cơ sở nhận thức này đã có nhiều chuyên gia, tác giả nghiên cứu về du lịch trên thế giới đã đưa ra các khái niệm khác nhau của mình về du lịch.
Theo ông Azar – người Thụy Sỹ, Du lịch là một trong những hình thức di chuyển tạm thời từ một vùng này sang một vùng khác, từ một nước này sang một nước khác nếu không có sự thay đổi nơi cư trú hay làm việc. Quan điểm này của ông đã thể hiện được việc đi du lịch không gắn liền với việc cư trú thường xuyên , dài hạn và làm việc để kiếm thu nhập tại nơi đến.
Theo Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ Hunziker và Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ Krapf – hai người được coi là những người đặt nền móng lý thuyết về cung du lịch, Du lịch là tập hợp các mối quan hệ và các hiện tượng phát sinh trong các cuộc hành trình và lưu trú của những người ngoài địa phương, nếu việc lưu trú đó không thành cư trú thường xuyên và không dính dáng đến hoạt động kiếm lời. Quan điểm này đã có sự tiến bộ hơn quan điểm của Azar ở chỗ xác định du lịch còn bao gồm các mối quan hệ nảy sinh của con người khi rời khỏi nơi cư trú thường xuyên. Tuy nhiên nó lại không đề cập đến mục đích chuyến đi của con người.
Như vậy, do có quá nhiều ý kiến, quan điểm khác nhau nên mặc dù hoạt động du lịch đã hình thành từ rất lâu và phát triển với tốc độ rất nhanh, song cho đến nay khái niệm du lịch vẫn không thể có sự thống nhất. Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ Berneker – một chuyên gia hàng đầu về du lịch trên thế giới đã từng nhận định: Đối với du lịch, có bao nhiêu tác giả nghiên cứu thì có bấy nhiêu định nghĩa.
Để có thể hiểu về khái niệm du lịch một cách bao quát, vừa mang tính chất lý luận vừa thực tiễn, chúng ta có thể tiếp cận theo ba góc độ: người quan sát, người kinh doanh du lịch và ngành kinh tế.
