Căn cứ vào SOP và FC của DJV, ATT sẽ chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu và bán thành phẩm để sản xuất.
Nhưng trong tuần 32 đơn đặt hàng của DJV đã tăng cao nhất trong các tuần gần đây.
Và việc nhận DO vào thứ 6 hàng tuần cũng làm cho ATT chuẩn bị không kịp cho việc sản xuất và lắp ráp và giao hàng vào thứ hai tuần sau.
Trong tuần này chúng tôi rất xin lỗi vì không chuẩn bị kịp cho sản xuất và lắp ráp. Chúng tôi sẽ khắc phục vấn đề này trong các đơn hàng tiếp theo.
Chúng tôi cũng rất mong DJV hỗ trợ cho chúng tôi những vấn đề sau:
- Linh kiện lắp ráp tồn kho của ATT duy trì ở mức 50000.
- Cung cấp đầy đủ thùng và nilon lót thùng để ATT sản xuất hàng tồn kho
