Trong dài hạn Lixco hướng đến:
» Việc thỏa mãn khách hàng về chất lượng sản phẩm, giá cả hợp lý.
» Đảm bảo quyền lợi của các cổ đông, người lao động, các đối tác.
» Xây dựng một môi trường làm việc tốt, an toàn, chuyên nghiệp.
