Công ty lữ hành Hanoitourist chuyên kinh doanh và cung cấp các dịch vụ về các lĩnh vực: Lữ hành, khách sạn, vận chuyển du lịch, nhà hàng... Công ty có nhiệm vụ chủ yếu là:
