Giám sát hoạt động của Quầy thông tin và dịch vụ khách hàng.
Tiếp nhận khiếu nại và giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng.
Nhận thông tin, hỗ trợ và giới thiệu cho khách hàng về thương hiệu, chương trình khuyến mãi, truyền thông tại TTTM.
Kiểm soát doanh số và hoạt động của các gian hàng TOS và quầy thu ngân.
Các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao.
