SERVPERF model be Cronin & Taylor (1992) introduced, developed based on the platform of the SERVQUAL model but the service quality measurement based on reviews of the quality of services performed (performance-based) rather than the distance between the expected quality (expectation) and the perceived quality (perception). Cronin & Taylor (1992) for that service quality is best reflected by the perceived quality without the expected quality, so the quality of service was determined by just measuring the results perceived service quality (instead of measuring both the perceived quality and SERVQUAL as expected). Due to originating from scales of the SERVQUAL model, the composition and observation of models like SERVPERF SERVQUAL. So, this measurement model is also called the perceived model.
