Kiểm tra, định vị tim, cốt trong mỗi cụm và các cụm với nhau theo bản vẽ thiết kế lắp dựng. Sử dụng máy kinh vỹ, máy thủy bình, hoặc máy toàn đạc điện tử để thực hiện , thiết bị đo đạc phải được kiểm định. (xem bản vẽ chi tiết kèm theo)
- Kiểm tra chiều nhô cao của bu lông lên so với cốt +/-0.00m trong bản vẽ thiết kế thi công.
- Bu lông neo phải được đặt vuông góc với mặt phẳng chịu lực (có thể là mặt bê tông, mặt bản mã).
- Sau khi căn chỉnh xong, cố định chắc chắn các cụm bu lông với thép chủ, với ván khuôn, với nền để đảm bảo bu lông không bị chuyển vị, dịch chuyển trong suốt quá trình đổ bê tông.
- Dùng linon bọc bảo vệ lớp ren bu lông móng khi đã lắp dựng xong để tránh bị hỏng ren
khi đổ bê tông.
- Lập bảng kiểm tra, nghiệm thu mặt bằng tim, cốt bu lông móng đã lắp dựng. Sai số được cho phép như trong bảng sau:
