Việc nghiên cứu, phân tích những vấn đề lý luận cơ bản về bảo hiểm tiền gửi và hoạt động của tổ chức bảo hiểm tiền gửi cũng như thực trạng pháp luật về mô hình cơ quan BHTG ở Việt Nam, trong đó có tham khảo, so sánh với những quy định tương ứng của pháp luật một số nước trên thế giới về bảo hiểm tiền gửi, để từ đó đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về mô hình cơ quan BGTHVN là điều hết sức cần thiết và có giá trị thực tiễn cao.

The study, analyzing the basic reasoning problems about deposit insurance and operations of deposit insurance organizations as well as State laws on agency model BHTG in Vietnam, including reference, comparison with the corresponding provisions of the law of some countries in the world in terms of deposit insurance, from which a number of recommendations aimed at improving the laws on agency model BGTHVN is urgently needed and have high practical value.
