Mùa bão bắt đầu từ tháng 7 - 11, mùa lũ từ tháng 8 - 12, mùa hạn hán từ tháng 3 - 9. Để giảm thiểu các thiệt hại và phòng tránh ảnh hưởng của bão lũ lụt và hạn hán cần sự hiện đồng bộ các giải pháp và có sự phối hợp tốt giữa các bên liên quan.
