Nếu bên bán giao hàng có sự sai lệch về chất lượng sản phẩm, bên mua thông báo trong vòng 45 ngày sau khi tàu đến cảng hoặc có sự sai lệch về số lượng, bên mua thông báo trong vòng 20 ngày sau khi tàu đến cảng. Trong vòng 10 ngày sau khi nhận được thông báo về sự sai lệch, bên bán phải tìm ra nguyên nhân của sự sai lệch và nêu ra phương án giải quyết.
