5. Trường hợp Bên A phát hiện bất kỳ một sự vi phạm hoặc nghi vấn nào liên quan chứng từ bản fax nhận từ Bên B, Bên A có quyền từ chối thực hiện giao dịch. Bên A không chịu trách nhiệm đối với các thiệt hại và/hoặc tranh chấp (nếu có) phát sinh cho Bên B do Bên A từ chối thực hiện giao dịch theo qui định này
