Báo cáo phải được upload vào OmniDocs từ các phòng ban.
Lãnh đạo các phòng, ban tại TSC và CN có thể phê duyệt hoặc không phê duyệt báo cáo trên hệ thống. Trong trường hợp không phê duyệt, lãnh đạo có thể ghi chú và cập nhật trạng thái phù hợp.
Người có trách nhiệm tổng hợp BC tại TSC có thể nhận được các báo cáo được gửi từ các phòng ban TSC.
Người có trách nhiệm tổng hợp BC tại CN có thể nhận được các báo cáo được gửi từ các phòng ban CN
BC tổng hợp cho toàn DIV có thể được upload vào OmniDocs
b. Bổ sung phần "Cách thực hiện" nội dung:
Chú ý: - không sử dụng chức năng gửi email tới NSD khi chia sẻ tài liệu để tránh tình trạng spam email tới NSD thực tế. Chỉ sử dung chức năng gửi thông báo qua hệ thống
- Bám theo qui trình nghiệp vụ được điều chỉnh ở bước UAT để thực hiện kiểm thử
