Hồ sơ đề nghị miễn trừ bao gồm:
1. Văn bản đề nghị miễn trừ, bao gồm các nội dung được quy định tại khoản 2 Điều 111 Thông tư này.
2. Bản sao giấy phép hoạt động điện lực (đối với đơn vị điện lực).
3. Báo cáo giải trình chi tiết ảnh hưởng đến vận hành của hệ thống điện và các nghĩa vụ cam kết nếu được miễn trừ thực hiện.
