Tùy vào kết quả kinh doanh Hàng Hóa tại Gian Hàng, Bên A có quyền trả lại một phần hoặc toàn bộ Hàng Hóa cho Bên B bằng việc thông báo quyết định của mình cho Bên B. Trong vòng [___] ngày làm việc kể ngày nhận được thông báo của Bên A, Bên B sẽ thông báo cho Bên A người được ủy quyền đến nhận Hàng Hóa gồm họ tên, số CMTND và mẫu chữ ký của người này. Bên B sẽ đến nhận lại Hàng Hóa tại Gian Hàng vào thời điểm mà Bên A quy định tại thông báo trả hàng.
