a. Phương thức thanh toán: Thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản.
Thanh toán làm 2 đợt
- Đợt 1: Thanh toán 50% giá trị bánh xe công tác và vật tư phụ tùng thay thế (trước thuế GTGT) có giảm trừ tiền tạm ứng sau khi bánh xe công tác và vật tư phụ tùng thay thế được tập kết và có đầy đủ các tài liệu:
+ Biên bản kiểm tra tĩnh bánh xe công tác và vật tư phụ tùng thay thế;
+ Các giấy tờ theo ĐKC 10 – Điều kiện cụ thể của hợp đồng.
- Đợt 2: Thanh toán giá trị còn lại của hợp đồng sau lắp đặt BXCT, nghiệm thu vận hành 72 giờ và có đầy đủ các tài liệu sau:
+ Biên bản nghiệm thu tổng hợp;
+ Bản thanh toán hợp đồng;
+ Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng (đối với nhà thầu trong nước);
+ Bảo lãnh bảo hành.
b. Đồng tiền thanh toán và thời hạn thanh toán:
- Đồng tiền thanh toán: VND theo tỷ giá bán ra của Ngân hàng ngoại thương Việt Nam tại thời điểm thanh toán.
- Thời hạn thanh toán: Trong vòng 21 ngày kể từ khi nhà thầu xuất trình các chứng từ theo từng đợt thanh toán nêu trên. Nếu bên A không thanh toán đúng hạn sẽ trả theo mức lãi suất tín dụng quá hạn đang áp dụng hiện hành tại ngân hàng bên B mở tài khoản.
